1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of monolith-csg.com and your communications with Monolith Construction Group (“Monolith,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Website content, conversations, site visits, and estimates are preliminary. Construction or remodeling work begins only after the customer and Monolith sign a written proposal, work order, or construction agreement (the “Project Agreement”). The Project Agreement, approved change orders, invoices, and any documents incorporated into it control the project. If these website Terms conflict with a signed Project Agreement, the Project Agreement controls, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

2. Services and estimates

We provide residential construction, remodeling, additions, drywall, flooring, tile, painting, waterproofing, and related services. The exact scope, exclusions, materials, price, schedule, permits, and responsibilities for each project will be stated in the Project Agreement.

We are based in Florida and welcome inquiries for select projects in California. Availability outside Florida is confirmed case by case and is subject to all applicable state and local licensing, registration, permitting, insurance, and contracting requirements.

An estimate is not an offer or a guaranteed final price unless it expressly says otherwise. Site conditions, customer selections, permit requirements, design revisions, concealed conditions, material availability, and approved change orders may affect price and timing. We will document material changes through a written change order or other written authorization.

3. Customer responsibilities

Customers agree to provide accurate project information and timely access to the property, identify known hazards or restrictions, make selections and approvals when requested, and obtain any owner-supplied permissions stated in the Project Agreement. Delays caused by unavailable access, late selections, undisclosed conditions, third parties, weather, inspections, supply interruptions, or events beyond reasonable control may extend the schedule.

4. Payments

  • All prices and payments are in U.S. dollars unless the Project Agreement states otherwise.
  • Deposits, progress payments, retainage, and the final payment are due according to the signed Project Agreement or invoice.
  • A deposit is applied to the project. Any portion that is non-refundable must be clearly identified before payment and is always subject to applicable law.
  • We do not charge recurring payments unless the customer gives separate, express authorization.
  • Card payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider. Monolith does not store complete card numbers or card security codes.
  • Customers authorize only the specific transaction amount presented on the invoice, payment link, or other payment request.

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is incorporated into these Terms and should be reviewed before making a payment.

5. Cancellations, refunds, and disputes

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the timing of the request, work already performed, permits and professional services obtained, and materials or third-party services already ordered or committed. The complete rules and request process appear in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us promptly at contact@monolith-csg.com or (954) 817-3757 so we can review the project records and attempt to resolve the issue. Nothing in these Terms requires a customer to waive a lawful right to dispute a card transaction with the card issuer.

6. Changes, materials, and project timing

Requests outside the agreed scope may require a written change order with an adjustment to price and schedule. Product images, samples, and website photographs are illustrative; natural materials and manufacturer products may vary in color, grain, texture, availability, or appearance. Substitutions will be discussed when reasonably practicable.

Project dates are good-faith estimates unless a signed agreement expressly guarantees a date. We are not responsible for reasonable delays caused by inspections, permit authorities, severe weather, emergencies, labor or material shortages, customer changes, concealed conditions, or other events outside our reasonable control.

7. Warranties

Any workmanship warranty will be stated in the applicable Project Agreement. Manufacturer warranties, if any, are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to its terms. Except for express written warranties and rights that cannot legally be excluded, the website and its content are provided “as is” and are not a promise that a particular project result, price, permit, financing outcome, or completion date will be achieved.

8. Website use and intellectual property

Website text, design, branding, and original content are owned by or licensed to Monolith. You may view and print pages for personal, noncommercial evaluation of our services. You may not copy, sell, modify, scrape, or reuse website content or branding without written permission. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or interfere with its operation.

9. Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to independent services, including payment processors, mapping services, form delivery providers, and external websites. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not mean Monolith controls or endorses all third-party content.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monolith will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this website. Any liability relating to construction services is governed by the signed Project Agreement and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Governing law

These website Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any dispute procedure in a signed Project Agreement, disputes concerning these website Terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Broward County, Florida. Mandatory consumer protections and cardholder rights remain unaffected.

12. Severability and updates

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. Changes do not retroactively alter a signed Project Agreement or a payment already made.

13. Contact

Questions or notices about these Terms may be sent to contact@monolith-csg.com, delivered by telephone at (954) 817-3757, or mailed to Monolith Construction Group, 408 NE 6th St, Unit 610, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304.
